Refund Policy for Belief Mirror

Overview

Belief Mirror offers optional paid subscription features that allow users to save their rules or guidelines, store philosophical/ethical/religious matches, and access scenario‑based outcome analysis. Free users may use the App without saving data.

All subscription payments on Android devices are processed securely through the Google Play Store.
Because Google manages all billing and transactions, Belief Mirror does not process payments or issue refunds directly.

Refunds Through Google Play

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play must be submitted directly to Google. Google reviews refund requests according to their own policies and may approve or deny refunds at their discretion.

To request a refund from Google:

1. Visit: https://play.google.com/store/account

2. Select Order History

3. Choose the Belief Mirror subscription

4. Select Request a Refund or Report a Problem

5. Follow the on‑screen instructions

Google will notify you directly regarding the status of your request.

Non‑Refundable Subscription Periods

• Subscription payments are non‑refundable once a billing period begins.

• Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle.

• Belief Mirror cannot prorate or partially refund unused time.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your Google Play account:

On Android:
Google Play Store → Profile Icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → Belief Mirror

Turning off auto‑renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

Access to Saved Data After Cancellation

• If your subscription ends, access to saved rules, matches, and scenarios will be paused.

• Your saved data remains stored and will be available again if you renew your subscription.

• You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
